🔁 Return and Customs Hold Policy
At Fillershop365, we are committed to offering original, safe, and professional-grade products. Below are our conditions and exceptions regarding product returns.
❌ No Returns Accepted on Our Products
For reasons of hygiene, traceability, and product preservation, we do not accept returns on medical aesthetic products such as dermal fillers, botulinum toxins, or lipolytic solutions, except in the cases described below.
📦 Returns Due to Customs Holds
If an order is held or returned by customs, we will refund 100% of the amount paid, excluding any non-recoverable customs fees or handling charges.
🧊 Products Requiring Cold Chain Storage
Returns are not accepted on products that require refrigerated transport or cold storage, unless a proven factory defect exists.
We recommend customers be available to receive the order on the first delivery attempt.
